Do you have a 35mm SLR film camera and no idea how to get started with analogue photography?

This intensive course will teach you how to use your film camera, understand exposure and composition, process a roll of black & white film, and print in the black & white darkroom.

The course will take place over 4 sessions:

Tuesday 3 December 18:00-19:00 - Getting to know your camera and load a roll of film

Thursday 5 December 18:00-21:00 - Black & white film processing, calculating dilutions and timings and working safely with chemicals

Tuesday 10 December 18:00-20:00 - Making a contact print in the darkroom and selecting an edit for printing

Thursday 12 December 18:00-21:00 - Making an enlarged black & white print in the darkroom

This workshop is limited to a maximum of 4 people.
